About Us
AXIOM WOMAR is a dry bulk vessel operating company, primarily focused on the Panamax sector. We serve a broad client base ranging from independent grain traders to large international conglomerates. The group was formed by three partners seeking to combine the scale and resources of Womar Holdings with the innovation and dry bulk expertise of Axiom Marine and Ariston Navigation.
The Partnership
Axiom Marine SA
was founded in 2020 by a team of experts in dry-bulk with a vision to combine the potential of technological innovation with their long expertise in freight trading. Axiom acts as the manager of the partnership and brings their market-leading freight intelligence, analytical tools, commercial and operational resources to the group. Axiom Marine’s main office is in Athens, supported by a team in London.
Womar Holdings llc
is a leading tanker operator with industry scale as one of the largest independent pool operators and specialists in the commercial asset management of chemical and oil tankers. Since the company’s inception in 2009, Womar have continuously expanded their portfolio in terms of tonnage and cargo. On the back of 15 years of successful growth they are expanding into dry bulk as a founding member of Axiom Womar Dry Bulk. Womar has five offices globally: Singapore, Copenhagen, Mumbai, Houston and Stamford.
Ariston Navigation corp
is a founding member of Axiom Womar, bringing a legacy of shipping excellence that spans 4 generations and 156 vessels, including 67 new building projects, and are currently managing a diversified fleet of 11 vessels. Ariston Navigation prides itself as a cutting-edge boutique, harnessing the power of the latest technologies for performance analytics, risk management, innovative commercial strategies and pool partnerships which have advanced the concept of traditional commercial management. Ariston Navigation's main office is in Piraeus, Greece.
